Joe V M Devasahayam, MD

Dr Devasahayam is a board certified pulmonary and critical care physician practicing in the Dallas/ Fort worth Metroplex. He has vast experience in the field of medicine for the last 23 years. He is a graduate of the prestigious Stanley Medical College, Madras, India and had trained in United Kingdom until he started his residency in the United States in 2008. He worked as a specialist in hospital medicine prior to moving to Pulmonary and critical and he practiced in South Dakota until 2022, when he moved to Texas.

Dr Devasahayam's passion lies in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pulmonary conditions, from issues like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to more complex diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer. He believes in a patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen to his patients' concerns and working collaboratively with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
